Rhetorrikz - LED Grow - Coco

Hi sara thanks for stoping in ! these girls have done this a bit in the previous grows so im not too worried .. ive allways put it down to nitrogen toxicity . this time ive been carefull to watch the feeds and the plants and they have only received light feeds with the odd plain ph'd water

High Rhet! Great journal! I managed to power thru it on my breaks today. :)
Love the diy aspect of your grow. Interested in seeing what the new Mars cree leds are like. Got my eye on a few guys using them atm.
Be wary of too much blue spectrum in your veg area. Iirc it was Icemud who I saw try a similar blend of blue/white veg only lights from a different company to you and he encountered extra stretch thru the veg cycle. :Namaste:

Thanks for the heads up i have some 640-660nm deep red 3w bridgelux leds i was thinking of adding to the spectrum weather i sacrifice some whites or blues to do it im not sure yet.. handy for pics with the seperate dials but im kinda thinking swapping half the whites would be the go..

Fed the flowering girls a touch more 15ml ea. Of a+b and 10ml nirvana in 10L ph-6 500ppm
Still seeing some clawing but also a yellowing n deficiency from light feedings i think most of the clawing i see is more to do with night temps now , it hasnt given me any major problems yield / smoke is good im happy. The slow draw through drying box was great!! Now cant wait to try after curing im at 65% in jars now

Hey guys i need some likes.. if you like this post i get a chance to try the new 5w leds :cheer:

I'm just a noob but my plants are loving my crees. They are doing better, production/growth-wise, than other plants I see here using 3watt/5watt led chip panels.

I've made a bunch of mistakes growing so far but choosing my light has not been one.

You might be right i think im seeing some fall colours here and there.
Temps are less than ideal.. ive seen middle of dark time reach 86f or 30c briefly couple hrs at most, during lights on average 78f or 26c, after lights out ive seen it dip to 59f or 15c briefly an hr or so.. too much swing going on.. hmm .. funny weather atm cool nights but still warm days, hope to move the setup soon, climate control has been tough

Girls finally got some attention today after 3 days whoops..
Looking ok.. should of vegged them a tad longer i think
Temps 60-81f , feed 20ml a + b , 20ml calmax -10L ph 6 700ppm
First photo under cree chip 2nd under the cheap cob
Clones are still alive , they must have roots success! No new growth tho yet..

Thanks rtk, there all a bit smaller this time i was experimenting with fiming / topping rather than just lst.. yep shouldve given them another week vegg .. there starting to swell nicely now i think its about time to give them some pk boost.
notice the slight bleaching under the p300 not sure weather to let that ride out or do some backbuilding there, my humidity here is fairly high and its risky business - could loose just the tip to bleaching or the whole cola to rot :bitingnails:

I slightly snipped the tops that were starting to bleach under the p300. Now to hopefully avoid rot will add another oscillating fan and maybe harvest this plant before the others as a precaution.. well thats what im thinking anyway.. 35ish days flower , roughly halfway

Good size flowers for 37 days. Bleaching does not need to be snipped. I've cooked the top of my colas and trimmed it off when I harvested. Looking great though.

Cheers
