New growth isn’t deformed but there are some rips on leaves but I can’t see bugs or pests even with a loupe microscope. Could it be from LST? Any advice

I know if my ph goes off new growth will look twisted and weird. Can you give some details of your set up.

Using biobizz all mix soil which I used to water with ph’d water but read that it actually doesn’t need to be ph’d because the soil buffers it. So started watering plain water. Not feeding anything just yet apart from a bit of calmag. 120W QB LED light

Biobizz soil is not something im familiar with. It doesn't look too bad possible the damage is from lst and not pests. If your 100% sure you don't have pests in your garden I'd keep going as you are let her grow out a little before doing anything else.
