Root rot kicked my butt and my clones aren't looking well

My hydroponic system sprung leaks(I hate using irrigation pipe for the feed lines. Any better ideas anyone?), and flooded, so I had to use a heater to dry the floor. This happened before and I turned the watering off and my plants wilted, so this time I left it on for 24 hours.

Leave it for a few days and come in to find my plants wilting like crazy and the roots brown to hell. So my question is, is it worth recovering them, and can I actually recover them?

The missing leafs are due to me pulling them off due to them crunching in my hands.
I also trimmed some of the root rot off.

And these are my clones. Two clones top baby leafs are looking happy, while the other two looking like they're dying. They've been inside the soil for around 2 weeks. Is this normal, or should be I watering less or giving them more light?

I used rooting powder for them.
