I love those thick indicas.The advised light distance of 16" at 50% dimmed from mars hydro for 400 Par is right i tried it closer about a week ago and the leaves started to cup it looks o.k now.

this kush feeding twice a day about 2 x red cups each feed for the last week and a click or two with light height so simple even i can do it
Looks great.doing 3 feeds while lights are on now as the bag was feeling light at midday i got to setup also the res for a feed during night.

so far flow speed is ok i put this frame in for use later on i'll probably flip in a week or less just depends on growth speed
