Is there any state that sells RSO at this time?

Its all over Colorado I hear and a lot in Ca., and I would imagine Washington, in fact with all the media its getting as of late your neighbor might have some 
. Here's the deal, RSO is also 'Hash Oil', Cannabis Concentrate Oil & Honey Oil so now you have more options...it should be the same thing except Honey Oil looks like honey.
Don't know what State your in .... surprisingly you can get great intel from a Hydroponic shop, growers abound with knowledge of someone who does the concentrates.
If you have dispensaries in your area be very cautious and learn some knowledge on the oil...they like to sell CO2, BHO, Shattered Glass and others. They don't work on the correct dosing procedure on the RSO. If you do have a dispensary and they sell 'Pure Gold' its great to start with and learn to dose properly and get started, then grow your own and learn to make your own (the most trusted oil). Also you need to decide what strains your looking for (Sativa, Indica, Hybrid), do you want some mix with a high CBD count, an Indica for sleep and appetite increase? Not trying to confuse or overload the thought process but to make you aware of decisions that you could face. More knowledge less spent.
