I saw in a mj book that I should cover my white buckets with black rubber paint, Has any 1 seen or used this type of paint??

No...It is to stop light from penetrating the surface of the bucket which would cause algae to grow inside.

should i just buy black 5 gal. buckets?? I spray painted a bucket black on the outside of 1 bucket not the inside, i figured on the inside would be a waste of time.

You could always wrap your pots in black plastic if you didn't want to use paint.
