Rusting on leaves - Mag/Phosphorus or Mold?

Hey guys,

First time grower. Have gone through the over watering process, let the plants dry out completely flushed them w R/O. Then gave them some light nutrients. All Vegamatrix nutrients - organic soil with perlite/vermiculite at bottom of pots. I believe I made the mistake of not mixing the perlite into the organic soil bc I feel as though the roots aren’t getting enough oxygen. I’m also supplementing with CO2 when I’m able to get a tank. I have no idea what the rust is or where it’s coming from. It doesn’t appear to be mold but the leaves are just slowly dying randomly so it may be. Idk. Help! Also, let me know what more info you need. I’m using 22Qt Pots with a VIVASPECTRA 1200W LED.

Interesting. I’m using a VIVASPECTRA 1200w LED. As long as it’s not mold I’m happy. So just wait and cut back on the nut’s you think?

That's just my first guess since it looks so prevalent...wait for some others to chime in...

How high is the light from the plants?

But generally, an easy fix either way and the plants will be fine.

Excellent. Really appreciate that advice my man. The light is at least 18in higher than the canopy. I also do the hand test: if it’s too hot to hold your hand under - it’s too hot for the plant.

What's your pH at??

I'd say raise yer light to 24"

What % of manuf suggested nutes ya using??

Think it's a combo of nutes,light, and possibly pH, are u using any calmag?

They do look ruff
