Hello 420 folks

Dyold here again

This journal I am focusing on starting from seeds for the purpose of expanding my own knowledge and to have a confidence in the actual strains I am growing. I have sprouted the seeds from the ninja pollination that happened in my last journal, should be interesting.

I sprouted everything the second week of April directly in soil pellets that expand when moistened. I had a great germination ratio and all the plants are looking great.

I let the plants grow in these pellets for 2 weeks and transplanted into solo cups with a organic medium that has 0.15 N added to soil. I am using a T12, T8 and a single T5 48" fixtures for the lighting with the bulbs mixed for a fuller spectrum. The T5 light fixture are not expensive at the local box store they cost around $35.00 and work fantastic.

I have some goodies coming soon... My first experience with feminized seeds from a reputable seed bank, can't wait for that.

okay that is allot of plants what lights you got for flower? that is enough plants to fill a 10x20 area i think. well the way i grow i like um big.

The garden is 22 x 17 or there about. I have 8 1kw HPS vented light system on a H7 240v 8 outlet box timer. I doubt all of them make into the room as I have yet to sex them.

I have yet to sex them out as I started from some seeds I found in my garden after a Hermi attack of epic caliber. I had 2 strains totaling 7 plants turn in the last two weeks and I didn't catch them until at least 4 of them had spewed the love all over the room.

The '"plants" are enjoying the 2 new t5 high output lights i picked up and are just booming along

I am wondering if anyone can tell what sex this plant might be, I have not flipped them to 12/12 yet, however I have heard tell some folks can see the sex better than others so please have a look see and I appreciate the feedback

Looks like I found this at the perfect time. That's a nice size grow area you have Dyold. I am looking forward to this journal.

i know right perfect timing for us. wow that is a big area. I like it. all together this fall ill be using a 6'x7' area to flower yours is about 3 times that. I plan on getting 3-5 lbs per flower cycle with this area so wow 10-15 lbs for you is very doable.

I don't believe all of them will make it to the garden...one can hope mind you for sure however its most likely that 50% of them will be males. That being said this is a 45 plant max allowed collective so you can see where we would need to have a whole buncha plants

I have not posted a video on awhile so I thought I would take a peel at the now 4 weeks from date of placing the seed in the soil.

Some still photo's to accompany the live action ! I have started to apply topping, topping with defoliation, the old stand by feming and I will most likely add some LST to at least one or two of these particular plants after sexing.

That is a nice size room. My current flower room is 10'x12' and I will be ordering 6 of the Mars2 1200 full spectrum lights for it. I will be following your journal closely to see how well that size room does.
