Safe to remove?

I have these fan leaves which take up a lot of real estate and are blocking the light from reaching fresh growth. If removed a lot more light will get to each bud sight. Should I remove these or just leave them? Plants been begging for 29 days. It’s a bag seed so genetics are unknown.

"Safe"? Sure, but it's only got about a dozen leaves so not much point.
Maybe snip the one touching the ground and tuck a couple others.

I'm with @Nunyabiz i'd just tuck them at that size.
