I'm using the bowl of water process for germinating my seeds. I noticed that one seed would still float even after giving it 15 hours so I decided to sand the shell so the seed will begin to absorb water, however, while sanding I noticed I chipped a considerable amount of the shell off. Can I consider this seed to be done?
