Rest in peace sweet Blueberry. You should definitely think about super cropping the Zamadelica all Ace's sativas seem to respond well to it.

Its not gonna need it. I think the stretch is only gonna go another inch or two.

The mantis are having fun cruising around the tent. I've seen at least 3 in there and they have jumped on my hand a few times so maybe they'll remember me.

Zoom into the top of the bud. They're about 1cm long now.

Well I don't know where the mantises went off to. found a couple of them that were either dried out bugs or they've molted and moved on to hide better. Saw some still outside, so they're getting well fed there at least.

And then there were TWO! Plants that is. I don't know what I'm gonna do about CBD. She's still growing although almost done I hope and she's behind the light now but might end up with NO light on her top soon if she keeps going!

Gorilla glue has moved on to the shower to hang and dry for at least a week. She came out to around 360g as she is, so looking for 20% worst case which is 72g or more than 2.5 zips. I'm OK with that. This girl was easy peezy to grow although she's not really that sticky and has a funky smell but I'm hoping it will be nice for evenings in the easy chair.

I had to push CBD back a little bit so it gets the bottom of the HPS light instead of the side of the bulb. This gives her about 55k lumens at her top bud which I like. I've set the led to about 50% which is less than 50k lumens at the top of Z and will adjust as Zamdelica gets tall. Right now she's at 28" so will only grow a few more inches I think. Chem Beyond Diesel CBD is huge at 43" - tallest I've grown in this tent and into the light.

My clairvoyance unfortunately came to be and the top of CBD got a little burnt from being too close to the light.

So GG dried down to 89g into 2 jars after trimming buds off the stems. Might drop a few more g's but still gonna be over 3oz. Satisfactory.

CBD is huge! 48" tall now. There's no where else to go now except sideways I hope. She's leaving the light zone at her top, so it's gotta stop.

I'm excited for these two. With the last two of 2.5 and 3 oz with no effort, these two babies should net a half # I think together.

I thought I had added some more pictures in the last week, but I guess I was high.

Both are a little over 5 weeks in flower. Veg since 2/13 - 13 weeks above soil.

Zamdelica yumminess @13+ weeks old, 5 weeks flower.

Burnt tops. Might be an ugly bud when it's done but it will be huge! Chem beyond diesel @13+ weeks old, 5 weeks flower.

Took some time off to visit a friend who just built a new house in Tennessee. Good times.

Got back and decided to move things along faster so the Z clones 1&2 were sent to the big show. They're big sister has about a 6 week had start at flowering so it should be fairly obvious what they should look like.

Chem Beyond Diesel is just a monster. The burnt bud tip moved on and grew around and above the light now at least half an inch. Nice and healthy too.

And Zamdelica is closing in on harvest. Surprising as I expected her to go longest, although never thought CBD would be such a monster either.

Gave the new occupants a few more inches of height so I don't have to increase the light. Once they get near 50k lumen distance, I will lower them down too.

Well whups. I had been takin' pix but not updating my journal here! I took down Zamdelica (#1) a few days ago...got 370g as she hangs in the picture. Not a bad haul but was hoping for more. They were trimmed more to lose the fan leaves after this. This will likely dry to around 3.5 oz or less.

Z clones #2 and #3 getting some nice stacking and Chem Beyond Diesel is starting to get some orange hairs. This plant is such a slow grower!! The top of the plant and the buds around there are all getting 80+k lumens all day long! You can see the light damage, and yet it just continues to grow...drinking GALLONS of nutrients too.

Her top is still growing and now more than an inch above (and behind) the light bulb

Then there were two. Found some nasty mites and they've been aging these two girls quickly. They never got to fill out the bugs much and they're already browning up. Shouldn't be more than a week or two left I think of the Zamdelica twins. They're last little sister is still in they minor leagues and needs to be up potted and grown a few weeks more but GSC will be here soon!

So Chem Beyond Diesel certainly was a beast.

For reference :

As seen here she weighed out to 622 grams! Given there's a lot of stem there and a few grams of leaves I'm still gonna trim off, I expect at 20% the least weight she will end up is still around 4.5 OZ. I'm cool with that. This girl was the longest growing plant I've had to date. Just wouldn't stop. Ended up almost 5 feet with the pot. She was supposed to be an auto but really didn't get flowering strong until I flipped the light. 135 days of growth.

Zamdelica clones 1 & 2 came out of the tent today. I've got some more work on mite eradication to do on the remaining GSC girls but I've got it under control I think. These two didn't fare as well. Cut and partially trimmed, this one from the 3 gallon pot stands at 137g and I bud washed them afterwards heavily with tapwater, lime juice, and baking soda then rinsing in the filtered water. Dried, I'll be lucky to get 1 OZ. I'll post the other once I get around to cutting again.

After drying and curing/burping in jars, CBD is now at 133g stable which comes to... 4.75 OZ! My estimating has become quite accurate. I also put 80g of Zamdelica into a big jar which I think will dry down to just over 2oz, maybe 65g. The second clone before washing was smaller, about 120g total.

Well it's almost time to close this journal down. With the GSC journal going, I didn't update this one. Now only the last Zamdelica clone resides in the tent. Interestingly, almost all trichombs are cloudy and flowers are still pumping out new white pistils daily. I turned off the LED light also and put Z under the solo 250W HPS. I think there was too much light before, despite taking lumen readings less than full afternoon sun...however I guess if they're under 50-60k 12 hours a day, they may get a little baked.

Well I took this one down a few weeks go and had to soak her in wash solution to try and rid the efing mealybugs. First time dealing with these, and I think they may have been in partially to blame for the GSC not being up to par also. Time for a thorough cleaning. This batch of Zamdelica will be made into lotion probably.
