Schultz Bloom Plus plant food

Sup guys.

Been awhile since I posted anything here. I had 8 of my plants stollen from me right out of the ground since I last posted, they were about a foot tall and still in veg, But it still pisses me off. Anyway, I still have one beutiful girl that was older than the rest (she was in a different spot). She is now about 4 feet tall, and about 2 weeks in to flowering, I bought this Schultz Bloom Plus plant food it is 10-54-10 and I was wondering if anyone has heard of this product, or used it, and what the reccomended dose is for one 4 ft plant, and how often. It says 1 tsp per gallon of water, but doesnt say how much or how often to water.

any help with this will be appreciated.

I use 20-20-20 for veggie growth and 10-50-10 for flowering I fert every other time I water and been using fert this way for awhile seems to work for me
