For the second consecutive day, the Crawford County Drug Task Force arrested a man after discovering a marijuana grow operation.
On Tuesday evening, the Task Force, along with members from the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and Southeast Kansas Drug Task Force, executed a drug search warrant at 1419 E. 14th St. in Pittsburg.
During the search, a marijuana grow operation was located in the residence as well as several guns. One male, Sean R. Buddenhagen, 36 who resides at the address, was arrested and an adult female and child were also taken into custody, but later released.
Buddenhagen was arrested and and transported to the Crawford County Jail under charges of: cultivation of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, felony possesssion of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, felony possession of firearm and, failure to provide drug tax stamp.
