Room temp storage or fridge is ok, just be careful about moisture. Either way you go, put them in an air-tight or vacuum sealed container.

I've kept my seeds in a baggie in the "everything"drawer for over two years.
Usually 80-95% germ.

I keep my seeds in a plastic tub and also use those dry packs that absorb moisture. You know those dry pack that have the wording "Do not eat"
