Seedling hasn't grown in two days

hi guys what is the rate of growth for a seedling my plants haven't really had much progress right now any tips on how to get the to BOOM?

guess it differs with different variety's,conditions and gardeners. Things will speed up as it gets bigger. I try not to compare my efforts with others but it`s hard not to with such marvelous journals here at 420. regards

In my experience(which isn't a lot lol) the more you mess with it the worst it gets. Seedlings just need some good dirt water and patience, they do most growth below soil establishing their root system. Got any pics?

growing in rock wool starter cubes and the humidity goes anywhere from 40%-85% and the temp is anywhere around 60-83

You gotta find stable temps. Mid 70s preferably once those plants get cold they slow way down. Id put money on it

Watching a seedling in 2 days is like watching paint dry but you need to stabilize the environment as a priority. Not sure how old they are, you didn't say or how big or what you are feeding them or not feeding them
