Seedling only develops one cannabis leaf

It's 8 days old now and I don't really know what to do. I try to give it 18h of light (it's probably a little less and I don't have the best lights)

It'll be fine, but you need to get some more light on that or lower it. It's starting to stretch. Also, way too much water in that there cup. Let it dry out or you're gonna kill it. Once dry lightly mist around the stem maybe a half inch away until ready to uppot. Make sure you have drainage holes in there.

It all depends what medium it's in. If it's hot like FFOF then no. FFOF you can go a month without really worrying about feeding. If it's like PromixHP with no nutrients in it then you want to watch those little cotlydons. Once they start to yellow it's time to feed.
