Seedling problem or not

But I trust most growers here have done this be 4 so I'm taking ur advice and going to do low stress just a lil nervous about it I want a big yield for me and my wife to I enjoy if I start it in about 2 more weeks should I repot it then do it or should I do it for a while then repot

should I do it for a while then repot
I'd go ahead and start now-they're more flexible when they're young-you might want to do a search on here for LST and do a little reading up on it before you start. It's pretty easy, but there are a few things you need to be careful with.
Happy Frog already has some nutes in it,so you could probably wait awhile before you start feeding

I followed the LST pictorial that @InTheShed started. It's my first grow and my plants are doing great. Make sure you read through the whole thread and don't start training too early.

Whether you top or not depends on how you're going to do your LST...
If you're going to do the "circle the pot" method, then you shouldn't top her.
If you're going to do a combination of high stress training and LST,like a quadline, you'd want to top her.
This thread will give you an idea of what a quadline is and how to do it-this i how I do it.

@carcass is right. There are many ways to train. You just need to do some research and find one that works for you. Only you can decide which one that is.

Today I started her LST and it was fairly simple do u guys see anything that I might want to do or didn't do that u can suggest

Take some pics in natural light. Hard to see anything in blurple lighting.

I wouldn’t be concerned at all, 2 out of my 3 Bruce banners started off with missed shaped and weird looking leaves but they got better as the plants grew and now are all looking really good.

It looks like you're doing a good job on the training...
Man,that plant has a thick stalk on it for it's age!

Thanks man I'm just a lil nervous about adding nuts cause I can't get a straight answer on it and I ordered the nuts u recommended and they come in tomorrow

Since you're doing LST,you don't really need to top her-you can if you want to, though.
The purpose of doing the LST the way you're doing it is to promote growth from the side branches-if you top her,you won't have as many nodes for the branches to grow from.

When I do that style of training, I don't top them-this is one I grew about 4 years ago-no topping, just plain old LST- not real tall, but plenty of buds:
