Seedlings dying and am dying for help!

Hello as shown in the Pic iv been having this problem for almost a year now every time I germinate some baby's and get them to seedling sudden death starts can you guys please tell me what I'm doing wrong they were 1 inch healthy sprouts in few hours it will damp off and turn into pink color then die in leaving water and holes sometimes on the top of soil

Hiya Abed079 what soil is that? It doesn't look very hospitable to me. And dry! Seedlings take just the right amount of wet/dry. You might try starting in starter pucks they are way easier to judge the moisture levels and will be much more accommodating to young sprouts consistency wise. CHeers mate, gl!

Iv tried so many times changing the potting soil iv bought some mixes iv mixed some iv even tried the backyard soil from different locations but all had the same result ‍I'm afraid it's fungus so I came here to see what the experienced mates say about it when I find them dying I pick them up and throw them in water for a while then plant them some got throw it but the majority died
