Get quality soil and add 33% Perlite, not miracle grow soil or Perlite. Something like Fox Farms Happy Frog soil.

People who have trouble germinating I tell to invest in Rapid Rooters, cheap germination dome and a seedling warming mat. Unused rooters seal in a ziplock and squeeze the air out, store in a cool dark place.

Dunk the Rooter in distilled water and squeeze to fill it, squeeze 1/2 the water out. Plop a seed in, cover with a square of torn rapid rooter to keep light out. Dome it, heat pad it and wait.

When you see a root coming out the rooter plant it in a smart pot. Lot of people up pot them to death. Frack that put the seedling in a 5 or 7 gal smart pot. Just water it enough to go overnight for the first 2 weeks.

If the rooter looks horribly dry give it a good spray or two water as needed.

So far it's been flawless across 60+ seed. Zero losses.
