Seedlings & Nutrients

Am trying for first time and am going Hydro using Ebb & Flo and starting with Northern Lights and just one plant. Anyway the CropKing guide says not to use nutrients for first 3 weeks but that may be just for soil, do not know. My research has stated to use smaller amounts of nutrients for the seedlings...do I go with the smaller amount rule or just use the water for the beginning seedlings and allow them to grow just a bit before using nutrients? Thank you...

Haven't done hydro but I would suggest water until she's above ground and the first set of leaves look healthy, then begin to introduce some nutes at 25% strength to see how they react.

I do DWC and use a small amount from the day they into their buckets.

Thanks for the replies, I think I will watch closely at early stage keeping it moist until the bud sprouts and then introduce the nutrients.
