Seedlings wilted

Some of my seedlings are wilted downward like they are overwatered although I check daily with my moisture meter and it reads dry. I lightly spray with water twice daily any tip or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot

Lose the blurple light when you post pics. It is like camo. Can you see it. Try putting a humidity dome over the plants. They cannot get water until they develop a root system. Till then, They uptake water through leaves.

Are you spraying the foliage or the soil? Your soil looks like it needs a lot more perlite
