Please don't vote for this guy! That is if your looking for a postive change in war on cannabis. They just go neutral on the topic b/c most everyone else does and they are scared people will think the wrong thing about them. IMO, a candidate that can't flat out state his opinion when asked, shouldn't even be considered as that parties candidate.
