This is a ripe bud for sure. Getting lemon juice today for the wash. Think i will use large stainless pots rather than buckets. Will let you know how it goes.

After these tent dry, i think I'm going to flip the 2 in veg about 5wks old. Come June i need to be done. We use smart hours on our elec from June thru Sept and keep our a/c off between 2-7pm M-F.

The smaller the wash vessel the smaller the size of the stems you can wash. It's important not to bang the sides of the pot when you agitate them. That will knock off the trichomes!

I'm sure that's fine. I cut mine down in smaller pieces so I probably do about 10 seconds. If I was doing whole branches I'm sure I would go longer.

Do you trim sugar leaves after wash or let them hang with the rest to dry?

My hair balls have stuck their heads in the tent for months lol. I am thrilled i can wash them.

I cut, wash, hang on a string in front of a 2 foot box fan on high while they drip dry for at least 4 hours, trim, and hang in a cardboard box. RH in my neck of the woods is usually above 60% so I keep good air circulation on them in the box to prevent mold. Ambient RH is something to watch so you know how much fresh air they'll need.

Shorts hairs are bad! Especially when they get in your eyes.

There were a few hairs in my micro shots. Also spillage of nutes on the leaves down below with awkward watering lol

My net. Sucker is a huge diameter. 31.5".

I wrap twist ties around the stem to make them hang-able.

Chopped, washed and hanging in net in tent... Buds went all the way to the soil level so not much to hang.

How do I position the fans? I put my hand in the net and could barely feel the fan, but they are circulating air.
