Setting up a perpetual LED grow - Need help

I have been fortunate enough to get in on a massive order, directly from a factory in china that produces state-of-the-art (supposedly?) grow equipment. I'll be using my 3" x 2" closet for veg and a couple of autos, and i'll be getting a tent for flowering.

Question #1: Tent size
I would like to have four plants flowering at all times, preferably 2x sativa and 2x indica, to get some variation. But space is a big issue. There are 2 tent sizes available which im looking at -

2"7.5' x 2"7.5'x 5"3' (80x80x160 cm) Price: 101$
or 3"4' x 3"4'x 6"7' (100x100x200 cm) Price: 124$

The big one can barely fit in my room, so the question is: Can i flower 4 plants in the small one? And is the tent tall enough for sativas?
I wish they had a 90x90x200 available, cause that would be perfect. I may have to buy that from a local retailer instead, but that would cost me 227$.

The difference seems to be the watt output of the individual LED's. So which is better, the 3w or the 1.1w version?

Its the same with the 120w lights, so i'll skip all the info and just post the prices:

1.1w version: 243$
3w version: 210$

So should i get the 3w or the 1.1w version? And will 2x90w be enough for the flowering room, or should i upgrade to 2x 120 or perhaps 3x 90?

Question 3: Strains

For my first grow with the new setup, im considering the following strains:

8-ball kush - Barneys Farm (For its fast flowering time - If you know a really quick photoperiod strain, please share)

Dr. Grinspoon - Barneys Farm (Not a big yielder, but the smoke is supposed to be pretty amazing. And it just looks freaking awesome)

Cheese - ??? Anybody know a good cheese strain?

Acapulco Gold - Barneys farm or
White widow - Dinafem or
Laughing Buddha - Barneys farm

Does anyone have experience with these strains?

I'll need 2-3 autos too - any recommendations?

I'm going with a slightly larger setup, and went with two of the darkstars (240w).

As for plants... you can have little SoG size babies, or fill a whole room with one plant... The amount of light and area it is spread over means a lot more than the number of plants you are running...
