Topping 4 times each plant at week 1-2 of veg\flower
Scrog for 42 plants (Daily training)

Is there anything I missed?
Any comments/thoughts would be appreciated!

U didnt giv height of ur room... but, personally I'd ditch the those small pots & go 15gal+ containers-- & fit what I could in that space-- u can root clones in the veg side of the room & curtain off a section for flowering w/ some panda(black/white plastic)...

The height is just fine, no problem with that.
Going with 9 plants under 1 LED light..
any other comments\thoughts?

Well, I can tell ya I've had 40+ 2gal pots in a 4'x8' tent sitting under 2 300w LED panels (@ 1/2 power for veg). Plants grow VERY nice in there till transplant time... so 9 plants under a 600w LED looks/sounds/reads good to me start to finish--
I'd love to finish something under my panels, but electricity is pretty dern expensive around here...
