short space.. increase yield?

I am a newer grower now starting my second grow. I have a 4 inch banana kush clone in a 5 gallon hydro system. I only have 24" of available space (bottom of plant to top). I am going to 12/12 when its 6-8". Any suggestions on how to increase yield as well as how tall when starting flower to end up 2 feet.

You might want to consider LSTing them and or Supercropping them, There is all kinds of info on the 2 subjects in the forums.

Iv'e done both and was pleased with the results I got.

about 16"/16". I am saying 24" available in the sense of leaving 6" between light and top.. how much height will supercropping end up taking off?

What kind of light are you using ?

I got 1 of them , They don't really put out to much heat, 24 in. is not much room, I wouldn,t wait for 8 in. I would top it and put it in 12/12 at 6 in. and when it starts to get too tall tie her down and supercropper her.
