How’s it everyone.

So I recently broke my ankle and my leg in a skateboarding accident. At least I was going big when I broke it lol. Had a surgery in October and I’m currently recovering! It has given me plenty of time to kill and I thought what better then to do a journal.

I’m currently just vegging a few they started on nov 19th and I started with no ph or ppm meter and a diy light that I whipped up to start them.

I recently purchased a couple budget meters off the amazon. 24 dollars for both. The plants got a little lock out but I don’t see why I couldn’t bring these babies back to health.

I also purchased a 315watt cmh light fixture for 25 off craigslist. It was banged up a bit but it works. Got a 45 dollar cheapie bulb so for 70 bucks I’m gonna give the cmh a try.

I will update frequently and will answer any questions I am able to. Been growing for a while and love to give back especially here. I learned a ton from all the people here.

Here’s the cmh fixture. I find it funny the guy I picked it up from had it in the box still and the box was labeled hydro crunch. I laughed when I saw it. But for 25 dollars I’m not complaining.

What do you all think should I try and fix the reflector and bang it back into shape? Or just rock it hydrocrunch style!

Happy holidays everyone!!!
So I am just about to flip the girls to flower in about a week.

im super happy with the plants right now. Just keeping them on a lean diet canna coco a and b, Cannazyme, rhizotonic and a little great white. Keeping ph around 5.8 - 6.1

They have all bounced back from being weak seedlings and should be ready to take a couple clones in a week hopefully.

Shotta old buddy old pal. Damn glad to see you back around.
Subbed up of course
Hey Light Addict good to see you still around here. Not many familiar faces from years back. But glad to be back on here and spreading the love and knowledge. I am still and always will be an apprentice, and remain teachable. But always down to help a fellow 420magger out.

Love from across the pond buddy.

Had to fix up the grow box cause it was looking really poor and almost like a homeless tent. Now she’s starting to shape up. Transplanted some of the plants and left the males that I could identify in the small 4” pots. Gonna clone em all and flower them to collect some pollen and chuck some pollen this round. Only gonna pollinate select branches or buds to make a few crosses for potential breeding or just to preserve genetics. I am super excited on my new adventure of pollen chucking and sharing my work with others.

Peace to all of you 420magfam

Alright buddy, I’m in! :ciao::popcorn:

happy new year to you and your family bro!

hope the leg hasn’t kept you from still “shredding” out these plants!

I see you were MOTM in 2013. :bravo:Yes sir, it has been a while for you. I’m newer to the site, I think In march I found this place, coming from a different forum. I agree with you there, I don’t know everything, but I’m always down to help a fellow 420 grower, or anyone for that matter.. not that you will need the help, you seem like you have a great head on your shoulders!:thumb:

Right on man thanks for cruising by. Happy new year to you and yours.

Man this leg injury is horrible. Can’t surf skate snowboard maybe until February but it’s been a solid 5months now and I’m going nuts.

At least I have the garden. :woohoo:

Anyways look forward to what 2020 will bring all of us.

Cheers brotha
