Should I wear gloves to touch buds?

That could be bud rot go ahead and look real good at the inside.Gloves are not needed but washing hands before and after is a good idea.

This comes from to high humidity right?

So i have barely touched my plant since the buds appeared. Dont wanna mess with her juju.
But the one bud that i did touch (i wash my hands before entering grow room) has some brown hairs,
and i am too novice to know if thats something bad from the grease of my skin>?? or just normal for the hairs.
They look dirty to me :/
