Silica & crab meal

What is the best source of silica and how much do I add per gallon of soil
Also how much crab shell should I add
I've been building a soil: Edna's best organic (8 cubic feet as the base plus ewc (20 lbs)dolomite lime (1 cup)epsom salt (3/4 cup)and a 4 lb of organic rose food that is bone meal, feather meal bone meal dried chicken manure bat guano alfalfa meal kelp meal potassium sulfate( 5-6-3 & 4% calcium

Silica can get in a lot of forms... organic sources are:

Horsetail Ferns - VERY good for plants and humans

Can buy a product called Pro-tekt - also organic and has supplemental potassium ....
