Maybe, depending on the actual power it draws from the wall. You have 0.36 sq meters in your tent. You need at least 300W from the wall per square meter, so a minimum of 110W is required. You can use up to 150W. A 4000°K bulb will get you through the entire grow. You can also use a 5000°K bulb for veg and 2700°K - 3000°K bulb for flowering.
