single chamber or dual split closet?

I am drawing up plans for a new closet in my garage. My original plan was to just have 1 chamber. The more I think about it I was thinking of having a 2 room stack buy adding a divider in the closet. So have a veg on the bottom and the bloom up top. Then I started thinking about that and came up with a ton of good reasons why the veg should be up top and the bloom on the bottom.

So my primary question is have any of you much experience with this type of design and what problems happen.

I probably am over thinking this and should stick to a single chamber.

But to answer the question I am building this thing. It isn't really a closet. It is more like a smallish room. If I wanted to add a dividing wall it wouldn't be hard.
