Thank you, kind sir! My cab is just an old hunk of junk cabinet-style computer desk I picked up off someone's curb, gutted, modded, and painted. It was a hell of a lot of fun, too! I finally had an excuse to buy a jigsaw. Hehehe.

And I already posted this pic in the problems/pests/disease control forum, but I think it's neat, so I'm posting it again. Any ideas what this stuff is? I assure you, it does not crawl.

Im also a CFL grower nice to see it has potential ... seeing this actually changed my mind about getting HID's because as you can see its doing the job pretty damn well !!

Whats LST stand for and where can i get it? i understand it makes your plant BUSH up nicely ??

Hey MrRedeye, LST is the accronym for Low Stress Trainning. This method is very cool and simple. You can find LST equipment at most stores, its STRING! You tie off a branch with about 6-12" of string. Then secure the other end to usually the side of the pot the plants in. heres and example of some LST I did, look closely for the string, its on the left being held by a clip.

ok, so all u do is tie down the main stem to towards the side of pot then let plant grow abit more then repeat but other direction, hence making the plant short and branchy... now i get it..... i think

Yep you got it . One pointer is to only LST during beginning/middle of veg. During flowering the stem's make up and consistancy changes making the stems snap a lot easier!!

My main stem on ol' lefty lady there goes in a spiral for a little bit. It's pretty sweet-looking.
