Slowing vertical growth due to height restrictions

My plant was LST'd and topped so there was no room to supercrop but the thing was still stretching into week 4 of flower. I squeezed each stalk as if I were going to supercrop to break up the fibers sort of like knuckling and this stopped the vertical growth. I just squeezed, no folding or bending. It probably set me back a week or so but saved me from running out of room. Now I have nice big knuckles where I squeezed each stalk. Is what I did just standard knuckling?

Yes you made a bigger vein for water to go thru. Its how they heal. Kinda like humans. I cracked my main stalk, and i zipped tied it and after it was a huge knuckle and it made her better

Try cutting 1/4 inch of the top of the buds getting to tall.

It should slow/stop them and make them fatten up.

I have done it before and it worked well for me.

So you snip off the very tip of the top colas,? I have never heard of that. What week do you do it and how much does she fatten up?

Yes cut about 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch off.

I read about it somewhere and then tried it for myself and it worked good for me.

i had one with six colas and I trimmed 3 of them and they stopped growing up and they fatten up a lot.
