Small spots and slight curling

Hi everyone, new grower and im getting these small little spots on top of 1 of 4 of my first grow and the first set of leaves seem to have started curling slightly. These 4 were germinated in paper towels and then moved to small pots in germinating soil once they had sprouted. They emerged from the soil a little over a week ago and have been growing nice until this once started showing these spots. They've all slowed growth a little. I haven't added any nutrients yet as their still young they've just been getting water and that's it. Am I right in thinking this could be a calcium/magnesium deficiency? These 4 are going into a rdwc system once ready.

1st, natural light pics are the only way to really see what's going on

And in any DWC system, start off with 1/4 strength nutes from the beginning

Feed her, water level right below the net pot, and she will be fine I'm sure

Yeah I'll try and get a better look tomorrow when it's light out and I read that i should start out low, I would rather shoot under than over on nutes at first as I said so far they haven't had anything. What I did think about with this one is this seed sprouted two flowers so wonder if that's affected it. I'm just going to keep a close eye and see how they go. Still early days yet. Just anxious being a new grower

Bit of an updated photo of that one plant in more natural lighting, the system has quarter nutrients in it and pH at 5.8 hopefully this will clear up and not become an issue
