Are you referring to the top missing? That will be fine. It’s the equivalent of topping...but in your case very young.
I currently have a plant that I had to top after the first node because it wasn’t putting out new leaves. She’s fine, a bit smaller though.
I posted about it and there’s pics of her a few weeks ago.

its growing nicely i think , i added some new grow too they grow under mars hydro ts 1000
