Well today i took out my 4 week old plant just to give it a once over and I noticed sum white/gray fuzz growing around the drain holes of the pot on the soil, I wiped most of it away and put the plant in a window to air off but, is this dangerous? should i immediately transplant this baby?

Sounds like mold alright...but also powdery mildew.

You need to lower the relative humidity to less than 50%. Keep temps above 76F. Make sure to have good air circulation. Mold can take over your room in short order so make sure you clean it up well, wash your hands well, and use a quality fungicide.
