I don't know if trim is half as potent as bud. I think (might be wrong) that there is a lot of THC/CBD concentrated in stalks and branches.

The way you're doing it sounds about right. My mate does this bit for me, I'm seeing him tomorrow, will show him your plan and see what he says?

So think girls are almost ready for harvest. Accidentally pulled a bit of a bud off whilst removing a fan leaf that was half dead . shall I just dry it then stick in jar or?

Thinking of harvesting on Monday when will be into week 9 but will see how there doing as buds are still fattening up

I do smoke too although prefer vape. Defiantly going to make oil from trim right after harvest it's first on my list .

I've finished harvesting JANE and about to start on Mary .

Where and how do you store your trim? I'm going to make oil with it tomorrow but don't want it to mould overnight or anything

Toss it in a Ziploc in the freezer, will last for months

I have a few smaller buds that came off with the trim that I'll dry a bit quicker and see how they smoke. Will let you know for sure ...

Thanks bro I'm pretty chuffed with myself it went better than I had imagined it would and learnt a lot that I'll implement for my next grow mainly potting up sooner! And removing some of the smaller lower bud sites so the main colas get bigger.

It does, I went out and got a Inkbird IHC-230 which is controlling a small 400w oil heater in the tent and a dehumidifier so it stays at 21c and around 50% humidity so it drys slow.

As without the lights for warmth my big oil heater which is outside the tent only keeps temps at 18c inside the tent. And we have -5c weather this week! So planned ahead as don't want to screw up this part lol

Will get some pics today of how there drying etc

Can't wait to taste them! I'm just impressed with my self control not to start chopping them sooner lol ..
