Sour Diesel, Second Grow, First Time In Coco!

Well... I've finished trimming (finally). The man cave is a total disaster... and I may or may not have developed carpal tunnel syndrome... but I have 13 large wide-mouth mason jars full of that sticky green chronic!

I wound up with a lot of foxtailing right under the light, which produced some lower quality and total nightmare to trim weed... I opted to throw all of that into the bubble hash / edibles pile. I might just have hit that 2 pound mark had I not let things get so overgrown in there. Lesson to first time sativa growers... flip them girls super early. They aren't lying when they say they can stretch 300%. I have a little over a pound of top shelf buds instead of what might have been 2.

I'll do a final weigh in once things have cured for another week. Cheers!

Final weigh in = 17.2 ounces dried and cured.

Also have an update for the outdoor turned indoor grow. Things are coming along nicely, and it looks like the biggest plant has about 2 weeks to go. The smaller ones might have another 3 or 4 weeks until they are finished.

Heck yeah we are! Also have something new in the itinerary -

One plant down, two to go. The other 2 plants need a bit more time for sure, maybe a week for the big one and a couple weeks for the small one.

I spent about 4 hours doing a rough trim today, and have what I'd estimate as 4-5 ounces of nice colas and a couple ounces of small larfy stuff for edibles and extracts. I'll head back to my dad's tomorrow to finish trimming things up.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with the outdoor turned indoor experiment. I should have close to a pound once they are all done. I can only imagine what the 6 foot plant I chopped today would have done under 1000w vs. the 400 hps I finished it with.

Thanks man. I added cal-mag and seaweed extract until the last 2 weeks, hope you have some stellar results!

My dad and I chopped and trimmed the last 2 outdoor turned indoor plants today. 7 hours later and I have about 5 or 6 ounces of bud and a ziplock full of trim.

My dad really enjoyed growing them and is already making plans for a repeat next year. Nothing like a little father son bonding time. Haha. I'll check in once more to post a final weight.
