Sour Diesel, Second Grow, First Time In Coco!

I read some where that some use nylon as a barrier for those pests when using those pots.

Pantyhose might just be a good solution too. Only thing is that I'm scrogging with 2 nets and have very little clearance from the light to lift the pots to stretch the hose over them.

I'm going to pick up some nematodes tomorrow and give them a go too. Going to hang a few more sticky papers as well. Glad to have you around. Thanks for the help!

I'm still waging war over here and I've caught about 80 adult gnats using 5 XL sized sticky traps strategically placed throughout the tent.

I wasn't able to make it to the local garden shop to pick up some nematodes today, but I'll definitely be able to grab em tomorrow. I spent an hour cleaning up dead leaves and thoroughly vacuuming out the flood tables in the tent. I've got better airflow and a nicer view to show for it.

In the meantime, hoping the mosquito dunks get to work on those larvae soon. MaryJane will win this war!

Things are coming along with the outdoor experiment. The plant looks healthy and it should provide a nice yield to make concentrates and edibles with.

Also grabbed those nematodes to help win the war against the fungus gnats indoors

Day 47 of flower and things are starting to get real frosty. The smell has really started to intensify too.

Still fighting the gnats, and I've got hundreds stuck on the sticky traps. Hoping the mosquito dunks and nematodes start to do their thing soon. I just need 3 more weeks to finish these girls!

Today marks week 7 of flowering.

The number of gnats on my sticky traps seems to be dwindling... I may have just taken the lead in this war. Also received my package of neem meal aka neem cake. I'm going to topdress 5 tablespoons per container tomorrow. It's a pretty mild fertilizer (4-3-2) and it should help repel these pesky gnats. Will also be adding a half dose of power bloom. It will be the last time I fertilize prior to harvest.

The weather has taken a turn for the worse round here and the forecast calls for below freezing temps at night, including snow on Sunday. Sigh. I wound up moving the outdoor plants inside at my dads place. I'll be using four 32 watt LED bars made by Phillips. I'm not expecting much, but they should at least be able to finish. The outdoor skywalker clones are likely 3-4 weeks in to flower right now.

I fertilized with the neem meal and power bloom today. Also cut a little sampler bud to check out with the scope. Will post pics once things have dried a little.

Will be taking another small sample weeks 8, 9 and possibly 10 if they aren't done by then too

Day 53 of flower and I snapped a few pics when the lights went out. Looks like I need to get in there with some scissors to clear out dead/dying leaves tonight. The buds directly under the light look a little rough, but all of them on the perimeter are healthy and completely coated. I'm really impressed with the amount of trichs on these girls!

Day 55. I did another thorough cleaning of the tent and culled a bunch of dead or dying leaves. Here's a few shots of the new view.

I brought a couple of lights over to my dad's place to try and help the outdoor project flower now that it's been moved inside. Picked up a cheap gull wing reflector and set up a 400w hps I had sitting around. I also added the LED t5 conversion bulbs from my little clone tent. The potential for a big yield is there, just hoping this is enough light power to get there.

Do you guys think this is an efficient light set up? Would you change it? Your thoughts are appreciated!

Looks like you nailed it! They will be as happy as a dog with two tails.
Maybe thin them out in the middle so the artificial sun will reach the places the real one used to. After stretch.
Nice work mate.
