Sous-Vide cooker for Cannibis Chocolates

:idea: What an incredible idea. Is anybody doing this to make Cannabis Chocolates?

A month ago I made some pretty simple chocolate bar pieces with 'about' 15mg per square. I made all the rookie mistakes when cooking with chocolate. I over heated the chocolate while melting, then got a bit of water in the chocolate that caused it to seize (go lumpy)

This afternoon while reading a recipe, the author was stressing the importance of precise low temperature control while melting chocolate. Precise low temperature control is exactly what Sous-Vide cooking is all about, and it comes as no surprise that kitchen geeks have already thought of it....but have they been putting any good bud in?
