Southern Oregon seed transplant timeframe?

Hello all!

Been growing outside in Southern Oregon for a few years, but wanted to see what the consensus was on here. I have worked with clones and seeds and have had clones flower on me when I put them outside on a few occasions and had to get some replacement plants.

I am just outside of Roseburg Oregon, and was curious if anyone was around this area and had experience with starting indoors and then transplanting to outdoor? I am thinking of starting my seeds soon and then transplanting outside around Memorial Day. Does anyone have experience with doing an indoor to outdoor transplant in Southern Oregon? What has been your experiance?

Any time after last frost, and after the Equinox.

Depends on your last frost, and how big you want your plants.

I'm going to germinate my seeds starting tomorrow and they will be transplanted outside May 23rd, so I think they should be good to go.
