Sprouted, put into straight FFOF

Now they seem to be stalled, sticking out of the soil with the seed still on the stalk for 2 days. I have a plastic bag over them for humidity, and have misted the soil to keep it moist. The seeds are from attitude and sprouted readily (24 hours) in paper towel and placed in the incubator (78F).

Is FFOF bad for sprouts? Did I fuck up some other way?

4 / 6 Broke throught this morning, maybe I over reacted. I am still worried they will die because FFOF seems to dry out so quickly.
