State Forming Pot Advisory Committee

" The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is accepting applications for members of a medical marijuana registry advisory committee.

The committee will advise the department's executive director regarding rule-making required by two new laws " SB 109, which establishes rules for doctors who recommend patients for medical marijuana, and HB 1284, which restricts dispensaries' activities, allows local governments to ban dispensaries, and clarifies what constitutes a medical marijuana caregiver.
