Hello people this plants are 4days and i think stems are to thin. I've used 600w light. from the plant to light are 55centimeters I do not know whether this is a good height i don't want to burn my plants how i can make stronger stems s

Your plants look normal. That is a lot of light for young sprouts. I would not move the light closer at this time.

To help strengthen the stems you should have a fan blowing in the room. You want a gentle breeze, just so they move a little. You do not want to put the fan directly on them and blow them over.

ok dude thanks for information. Its not to much lights? yes today im buy fan and wind gentel move my plants I think it's helps! I uploaded later more photo when my plant grows
