Strange leaf growth. Does anyone know what this is!!!

This is a fan leaf from my special kush plant and for some reason the original and this the first clone have these strange leaves. Not just fan leaves either. Some if the new growth comes out like this. Not a whole lot if leaves but enough to be concerning lol.

Any help would be great. Thanks everyone
