If you grow outside you will want to strengthen up your seedlings so that can tolerate the outdoor weather.

She’s putting a fan on them while inside, to prepare them well for the conditions when they go outside.

Starting them indoors when it’s still cold can give them a bit of a head start if your outdoor season is fairly short

Best way to get a decent sized plant before harvest,up here.

Yeah mate I thought as much not everyone has the perfect conditions, I'm on the other end of the scale - putting up with multiple days above 45C with night temps running around 30C

Any opinions on outdoor hoop tunnels? I start indoors but run out of room fast with 2x2.

I like to start them indoors or just in elevated pots before putting them in the ground for better survival rate. Something usually gets them when they are small, bugs, rodents, dogs.
