Subscribed topic email notifications

[Stumped]

I got a question, I'm currently subscribed to a few threads, and I get email notifications. I went into my profile and changed notifications to site only. So I'll just get notifications on 420. Clean up my email.

Anyways I changed this setting, and I still get email notifications. Do I have to go into each thread I'm currently subscribed, unsubscribe then resubscribe with new settings applied?
