I have been using Sweet Sue's method of extracting oil in the instapot. It works great. The problem I am having is the Sunflower Lechithin sits in a lump in the bottom of the jar. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? I put the lecithin in when I bottle the oil.
Same thing happens for me before I incorporated into a recipe I will sit the Mason jar with the oil in it in a hot water bath for 5 minutes or so and then swirl it together. And incorporate into the recipe immediately. That's how I do it anyways
