T5 bulb blown

Hi guys, stupid question but I've just noticed one of the bulbs in my T5 Lightwave has stopped working. Is it safe for the faulty bulb to remain in situ or is that a fire hazard? It's 2am and I won't be able to sleep not knowing if I need to remove it or not!

Any help would be much appreciated and please forgive my ignorance but I don't know about these things!

Thanks.

Not sure if they like Fluorescent bulbs, but with them left in for awhile it messes with the ballast, if you left them be for a few days/weeks you were usually up there changing out the ballast in the near future (in a Lumber Mill so could have been other factors). Not aware of it being a fire hazard as the ballast melting down will trigger your breaker and usually the wires on those will melt in half before they get hot enough to smoke.
