tall sprouts

hey guys this is a nubie quest. im a lil worried i got some sprouts that r really tall some cant stand by themselves is that ok i have some makeshift stilts for them to lean against will they get stronger they r 2-3 in. tall 1 week and 2 days old

Either your light isn't strong enough for them are the lights are too far away. Try adding more soil around them for support. ;-)

^ yup or the right spectrum. What light are you using? and how far away?

im using a hydro system, so no soil but my lights, i have 3 2 foot 24w fluor t5 grow lights bout 2-3 in away from tops of plants

What spectrum light? Should be 6500K
